Gentleman that helped me with the lawnmower and the oil very friendly and had a good chat with him

The tiles I ordered arrived broken and one box missing completely. You did however replace the order quality. The replacement order still had 2 broken tiles in each box but I had enough to finish the job.

I wasn't totally happy with the items I got they just didn't look right. Easily returned to store and got something different. Very helpful staff

Paul was brilliant, I came in with an idea and he helped to turn this into a plan! The people at the tills were just as brilliant at getting the prices and letting me know about some minor damage, I definitely recommend this shop for any DIY or home needs.

On coming to visit Homebase, I needed some paint.
I could not find the colour I required, I looked around for a member of staff to help me as I had seen that Homebase colour matched for customers.
A very helpful lady called Jessie, was near this area, I asked if she could help me get the colour of paint I needed.
She explained if I had a colour in mind, she could do that for me, what a relief that was.
She made it a pleasurable experience, very helpful, very knowledgeable.
What a breath of fresh air she was!! A credit to the company.

Just had the most wonderful service in your Dereham branch. Paul mixed our paint and was so lovely. Engaged with my little boy with a game of guess the colour that goes in to make our chosen paint. He was very knowledgable about what paint finish we should use too. Such a lovely guy! A total asset to Homebase. Thanks Paul they are lucky to have you!
