Young Man With Exceptional Customer Service
Jordan helped me all around the store, giving me good, honest advice on everything I needed. He then proceeded to insist on carrying all of my items and wouldn’t let me hold anything. Waited with me at checkout and then carried it all to my car for me. What an outstanding young man. Give this guy a well deserved pay rise and / or promotion. Great customer service. Thanks Jordan. Well done homebase
I purchased a rattan sofa, 2 cushions and 2 lamp shades. The quality of all items is fantastic. They were all sale items except the lampshades. The rattan outdoor sofa is simply gorgeous. Delivery was effortless. 2 well mannered gents. Well done homebase, keep it up.

helpful staff
I needed help with aproject as always slightly unconventional! Rod at the felixstowe branch was more than happy to help me figure out how to rebuild and clad my steps, alongside keeping things light and cheerful I like how most of the staff are welcoming it makes me want to come back again! cheers Rod job done!!

At pleasant experience at Homebase.
At Homebase in Felixstowe yesterday I was helped by a young man called Stevie, he was extremely helpful and if he needed more information he called another person for help, I did manage to get most of what I wanted but unfortunately the store does not stock the other part of the door lock that I needed, so a part successful.
I cannot fault the help I was given.
