Bought flooring. Store went into liquidation and wasn’t able to return the unused packets. But store is still open ten months later!!!

Not what it says on buying
On picking up the item the packaging was an absolute mess which makes me think it was either clearly a return or an ex display. None which was advertised on the listing. Only saving grace was there was a huge discount on it or I’d have got my money back on it.
