Adam in the Furniture/Units department helped us find the best match for what we wanted in Wardrobes, options and delivery and provided Autocad renders of the finished product. XPO delivered on time as agreed with tracker updates. The quality was as good as the Kitchen we purchased from the same supplier.

Gaye is absolutely fantastic. I prefer the selection and value of homebase but Gaye really makes the trip lovely. We always have our little dog with us and she always makes a fuss of him. She usually has treats for him and he was disappointed she didn't have them anymore so that's quite sad as its something she did that made her stand out. She also always chats about what plants you've got and what goes nice with them. She just feels like everyone's gran, total warm heart feels when you've been served by her. She's a total gem and you always leave feeling appreciated.

I am a regular shopper at Home Base Hamilton. The shop is well run, very clean and a good variety of products, and a word for a well maintained garden centre area, with not a dried up, or wilting plant in sight.
However, what makes it special for me is the lack of “musak’ played throughout the building .
As one who likes to read labels, and concentrate on what I’m buying, I find this policy the most helpful.
I often I have to leave shops etc, as the noise of some yesterday singer, performing a forgettable hit of no significance, at the top of their voice, is the most inappropriate intrusion when browsing.
Well done to Home Base Hamilton.

Gaye that served me was really cheerful and helpful

It was such a pleasure to be served with a happy smiling face. Donna is a credit to Homebase as she helped not just myself but others before me in such a warm and helpful manner. First class.

Michael was absolutely great help nothing was any trouble he went the extra mile I’m so grateful as I was struggling to get the right part. Also Donna at the cash counter was very good and explained that if my purchase was not suitable and I would get a refund. Wonderful staff!!!
