We had various time slots and our sofa…

We had various time slots and our sofa was delivered within the 12 hours but only just. We were asked for a review hours before it was delivered and also told us that it was delivered hours before we actually received it - so we were not impressed with the system you have but the 2 delivery men were very pleasant

Lawnmower aw what I searched for

Saw what I searched for, the item was on their sale, ordered and paid online, within 40 mins was informed order was ready to collect, off I went, gave my order number with ID, collected and off I went with item, so easy and the staff were very pleasant.

Kitchen Review

We bought a kitchen through Homebase and the whole process from design to delivery was very well handled. We had the loveliest designer (Samyra Ahmed - thank you again!) at the Harrogate branch. She designed everything very calmly with us and sorted out all our requests (despite us being what many would call picky customers!). We now have a lovely kitchen which is excellent quality, couldn’t be happier!

First impressions not great

First impressions not great. Store looked very scruffy and untidy. I had to collect a large item. The assistant suggested I got a trolley to move my purchase. No offer of assistance was given and I struggled for 10 minutes to lift the damaged box into my car by myself.

Received my goods

Received my goods. From yodel not a great start.
Open the box took every thing out laid it all on the floor only to discover NO instructions and No tools .
