Took some time to find the click and collect order on the system but eventually found it in store - otherwise friendly and helpful staff member so its more of a system process issue I guess

Simply the best
Homebase is easily one of the best places to shop.The Herne Bay branch has so many kind and helpful staff.
We needed some paint mixed and they pointed out that they were buy 2 get the 3rd half price. The store is spotless and well maintained. Whenever I go there I know I will be treated with courtesy and respect. Staff on the tills are polite and friendly. A tragedy that it is closing down.

Excellent service
I was served by a very helpful and pleasant lady Linda at the Herne Bay Homebase. She asked a colleague to locate some paint I needed from the store room and helped me out with the multibuy offer. Very pleased with the service I received.
