Would like to say a big thank you to Richard, Chris and Matt at the Homebase High Wycombe. Exceptional service by the staff. The best customer service I have experienced for a long time. Thank you for getting the very big product into my car safely. Most of all thank you for being so kind with me son who has special needs. Their patience and kindness was very much appreciated. Thank you again, a very happy customer.

The purchase was ready and waiting for me to collect as advised and is exactly what I wanted. The member of staff looked troubled, maybe she needs better support and would be more engaging with her customers.

You didn’t have the tester in stock even though the system stated you did so you mixed up a sample instead which is to be commended.

Friendly helpful staff. Product looks exactly what we hoped for. Yet to construct sun loungers. 2 ordered message left as only 1 boxed the other was the display one, the latter was dismantled very quickly and ready for collection for our trip.

We needed help with getting an item from the back of the store. The staff were very kind and helpful. The lady at the till was super smiley and friendly and took time to talk to our daughter. It was a little disappointing to find that the items on display were not all available to take away with us but we chose some alternatives that we are happy with.

The reason I gave 4 is due to the guy on the paint section who helped me regarding the job I needed to do, very helpful indeed.then I got to the till and the guy there was the opposite, no good morning no please and no thank you.very non customer service.ive had the misfortune before and he's been the same then.shame really as great store till you get to him.
