Kitchen Design appt with Ricky from Aylesford- Maidstone
We purchased our new kitchen, designed by Ricky Rayner from Aylesford Maidstone Homebase. He was so friendly and helpful. Really honest advice and great suggestions for our very awkward shape kitchen.

We was chasing a discontinued line but found one in the Maidstone store (not our local one)
He reserved it for us it was the last on
We arrived at the store
We paid and he helped us with it (sofa) to our vehicle

Great online shopping experience!
Website was easy to navigate and the click and collect ordering process was so user-friendly. Collected my paint today and really looking forward to having my living room painted for the New Year 😊

Long wait at a vacant collection point
Left waiting longer than reasonable at the collection desk, which was unmanned. When someone did arrive they didn’t check my order number and just asked what I was collecting and my name (which they then got wrong)

When I reviewed stock levels on line said 5 remaining. When I got to store I couldn’t locate. Had great assistance from lady on checkout who confirmed there were 5 in stock. However she was alone on the tills so couldnt help me find them. I still couldn’t find so click and collected (had other things to do locally) and the order was ready well before the hour was up. Everyone was helpful and friendly despite being obviously short staffed.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, extremely friendly and helpful staff who helped out and answered our queries. It’s refreshing to visit a store where staff go out of their way to help (especially Joanne) and have a friendly chat and a laugh at the same time.
