I went into the store looking for some very specific paint and after quite a long time searching, Jerry approached me. He was very friendly and helpful. I showed him the name of the paint and he immediately knew what it was and which brand etc and offered to mix it up for me! I was so impressed that he didn’t need to check. He was incredibly helpful. The experience when paying was exceptional. Courteous, polite and friendly service from Julia at Market Harborough.

I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked an assistant called Miles. He took me to the cable clips i was looking for and made sure they were the right size for the extension lead I was also going to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. He was polite professional and cheerful. A very nice experience.

I had a large item which John very kindly helped me with. He came out in the horribly wet weather & despite quite the struggle with getting the item in my car, John remained extremely patient & helpful. I should also add that he was very polite, kind & professional… an absolute star! I do hope Homebase will give him the recognition he deserves… he certainly is an asset to the company

I was looking to buy some indoor plant compost but didn't know where it was located in the shop. I asked someone where I would find it. The sales assistant ( Jerry, who turned out to be one of the managers) escorted me to the area where it was displayed. There were a few different types available and Jerry enquired what type of plant I needed it for. I told him and he provided a lot of expert advice on what was most appropriate for my plant. He was knowledgeable, very engaging and helpful. A real pleasure to deal with. Great customer service.
