Helpful staff and items ready
Helpful staff and items ready for collection. Only downside was that the sticker put on items to identify them as click and collect actually damaged the product slightly, consideration to placement of these sticker should be given and they should be easy peel.

I used your click and collect service and the whole process was seamless. In store the sales assistant was friendly and helpful.
