The staff were quick efficient and very helpful

I ordered the cordless drill twice.The first time it was faulty and didn’t work after testing it with two batteries. When I reordered it, there was confusion about where the package was, which took two trips to get sorted (after my wife was initially told someone else had picked it up?!) But now I finally have the working product, which was at a great price.

Ordered from my local homebase and it was ready to collect in less than an hour

My order was picked and processed in a really quick time. Once I arrived at the store I was greeted by a store member who quickly found my order and it was even placed on a trolley ready for me to transport it to my car.

Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Could not fine the paint but they order me the paint so i could get my deal .Then later on that day they found one be hind other paint so phone me up and went up next day to pick it up they were great Ruth at the till was lovely. just great .

Easy to order on the web site for click and collect at competitive pricing, collection process simple and pleasant with staff willing to help with loading my vehicle.

I received 2 in which one of them broken i replace it and again replaced one is broken i again request team to replace it and 3 rd time again the box is crakes . Last 2 times its broken and not crakes vary disappointing service and product quality homebase providing , they fid not chevked the parcel before send even delivery is not good but its being 2 weeks i am not getting right box

Absolutely appalling. This is a zero start review. Ordered for an online delivery and was told it wasn’t available for delivery so I had to collect in store. Collected lawnmower that looked shabby and had a crack in it and wasn’t new. I’d been sold a second had lawnmower that had obviously been returned. Took back to store and the manger was so rude and basically called me a liar. Considering I have bad mental health the whole situation has made me very upset and caused me to be ill. Paid over £100 for a secondhand mower which they are now refusing to replace even tho I have a email confirming it will be replaced, an apology and was promised it will be resolved. Disgusting place to buy from. Pls avoid unless you’d like to buy second hand returns i presume.

I was looking for a new kitchen and the ability to design this online really appealed. Right from my first design meeting with Tempany Martin from the Hall Road store in Norwich, which we did virtually andon the same day I booked it, the support I got was first class.

Tempany guided me through the design process and produced numerous designs as we worked through the dimensions and styles until we reached the perfect look.

The ordering of the kitchen was really easy with Tempany taking me through all the different options and things to consider before making the order.

As with anything of this nature and size, not everything ran completely smoothly. However, Tempany was completely amazing and always available to help with queries or make changes as needed. Nothing was too much trouble and her customer service was absolutely brilliant. Building an extension and fitting a new kitchen can be quite stressful but Tempany made sure this was kept to an absolute minimum in respect of the kitchen order.

The kitchen is now fully fitted and I’m delighted with the result.

I would definitely recommend this service from Homebase mainly due to the excellent support provided by Tempany.
