Collecting order from Homebase
We drive up to Homebase and walked to collection point which was quiet. We’re served immediately, and collect the goods and put again without any problem. Very happy.

water butt
I ordered a water butt on the click and collect service, the order was ready for collection promptly, when I went to pick it up it had a big stripe of bird crap down it and the lid was covered in dirt and dried leaves. I mentioned this to the member of staff helping me and he just shrugged, so I then suggested that someone could have, at least, cleaned it up, he offered to get a replacement, which he did and it was much cleaner so all turned out ok. Just why would you try to get away with palming a customer off with dirty product?
