Wonderful service
Order ready upon arrival at store. One item out of stock but the web page showed that there was enough. Substitution for out of stock item was more than sufficient to complete the order. Great customer service and as always the staff at the Oban branch are faultless

Click and Collect
Really liked that I could click and collect my 2 items that I needed as I knew I was going to be short on time, however on arrival at the click and collect counter there was a huge queue of people using the counter to pay for items as normal. Had to wait a good while and felt this defeated the purpose of click and collect service!

The woman who served me was vey helpful… was nice to see someone so cheery for a change as alot of customer service ppl nowadays seem to have forgotten how to communicate and smile… smile doesn’t cost anything!
