Homebase Sleaford, the Manager and Bryan were extremely helpful when we recently asked if they had any spare boxes for moving house. On two occasions when we needed some boxes, Homebase at Sleaford have gone over and beyond to help us with the boxes being ready to collect after we had arranged this with them! Good old ‘customer service’ at its best! Thank you to Bryan in particular.

Sandra on the checkout was very friendly and polite. It is a pleasure to buy products from the Sleaford store.

Just a note to say thank you to the staff at both the Sleaford and Newark stores. I wanted to buy some pvc covered gardening wire and they searched well beyond the call of duty to no avail. I ended up taking advantage of your 20% discount on storage boxes...very expensive garden wire visit, but a pleasure to meet so many friendly and helpful people! Many thanks , Peter

Easy ordering, good value and easy pick up using the click and collect which was ready within the hour.

How difficult is it to fulfil an order of 4 bags of compost?
I ordered 3 of one variety and 1 of another.
On arrival to collect - there are 2 of one and 1 of the other.
Go figure.

Very easy to use website to order goods. Pleasant staff when I went to collect items.

The box was delivered on time. However for toilet seats in boxes I thought the extra paper they were wrapped in was excessive and unnecessary.
The products themselves at first glance seemed good value for money, just what I requested.

Purchased some storage boxes online. Great prices but only online. Different prices shown in the shop which adds to the confusion.
