Homebase - Streatham Vale Opiniones 

It’s taken me two weeks to finally get my hands on this Craig and Rose, Marble Dust paint. I originally ordered it through B&Q on 1 September. The money was taken from my account on the 4 September and today, Saturday 14 September, I cancelled my order and came to Homebase. Junior, a lovely Brazilian man was professional, attentive and very, very helpful. This is my first visit to the Streatham Vale store and so he was able to quickly locate the paint I’ve been looking for! Thank you toJunior for his excellent service and resolving my paint saga!!

Items arrived in good time. Well packaged. Good condition. I had to visit the store as one item didn't arrive as I expected and the matter was handled well. By the time I got the call from the store the next day the item was already received. Excellent service

Showed online that there was 3 small black lantern in stock at Homebase in Streatham. Took a train all the way only to find that they didn't have it. A member of staff even took me to where it should be but there was none there or anywhere else. Very disappointing. Had to order online to be be delivered to the Catford branch which arrived the next day.

JUNIOR at Streatham Vale branch was very helpful while I was shopping for laminate flooring. He offered his assistance and loaded and unloaded my troley with 9 packs of laminate flooring,
which I wouldn't be able to do by myself. Friendly and professional- thank you, Junior.

Ordered on Homebase website screws and covers for my new pvc corrugated shed roof.Price was very competitive and no delivery charge.They were delivered on time on the day stated.Excellent.Thank you.

Ordered a BBQ for click and collect.

It was ready for collection about 15 mins later.

They then even brought it out to the car for me.

Great service from start to finish!

Asked a member of staff (woman, dark hair in pony tail, Streatham Vale store, at around 1pm, 27th aug) where moth killer is. She didn't even give me eye contact. Just kept stocking shelf, said she hasn't seen it for ages.. They don't have any.

By the lack of customer service I didn't believe and continued walking around the store til I found fully stocked shelf. Moth killer sprays and cassettes and powders, loads!
If I was a Naive person.. I would of wasted a 20 min trip and walked out believing her!

Don't like dealing with people? ... Or doing basic requirement of your job, change roles!

I PURCHASED BATHROOM TILES ONLINE, RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE READY IN AN HOUR. I THEN RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE CONFIRMING MY ORDER IS READY. I TRAVEL TO THE STORE HOURS LATER ONLY TO BE TOLD THE ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK.

Click & collect available same day, all ready, helpful staff, plenty parking. Pity Homebase no longer local to us.

The young man instigated a pleasant but brief conversation( not enough to delay the queue but enough to build rapprt) I asked whether he sold a product he was knowledgeable enough to know exactly where it was on the shelf and because he couldn't leave the till, unbeknownst to me he called his colleague on his headset who was waiting for me by the product to help me find the right item. Honestly, felt well looked after by both employees. Fabulous service.

Collection was immediate from friendly staff

The woman was abrupt. She kept calling me hun after being rude. She is a weirdo. It also didn't help that the security was swearing in front of my 12 year old daughter. The woman behind the counter needs retraining.

Placed an order for multiple items and was ready to collect less than 30 min later. Friendly, helpful staff too.

Easy to order and collect, it was waiting for me by the till.

Went really smoothly even though I wasn't the one to pick up. Excellent service. No problems at all.
