Helpfully and assist me getting the BBq into my car.

Once I'd given the last 4 digits of my order number and name, it wasn't too long before he found my order.

When I turned up to collect my items, one of them was damaged.

Rob was very helpful excellent service, he cut down a piece of wood so that it could fit inside my car. 23311

Customer Service Team were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had help putting the purchases into the van. A good shopping experience at Homebase.

The item wasn’t in stock when pickers went to find it, they promptly rang to say they would pick one up from another store.
After a little confusion the staff professionally resolved it.

Good quality products at fair prices. Exemplary customer service. I wanted to extend a big thankyou to Leo for his exemplary customer service skills. Leo went out of his way to ensure I found the products that I wanted in the store. He then checked stock to ensure that I was able to buy the colour that I wanted. He then offered to help me to the car with my bulky items (once I had paid for them). This led to the perfect shopping experience for which I am very grateful. When I need to buy home or products again I will definitely visit Homebase in Stroud and am happy to recommend them without hesitation.

Just wanted to applaud great customer service today from Matthew at the Stroud branch. Kindly broke off from what he was doing to show me where some product were. Made me feel that my custom mattered. Thank you.

Top notch customer service from Leo @ the Stroud store. Went out his way to notice we hadn’t found everything we were looking for and helped us find some alternatives. The lad deserves some recognition - really helped us out

Driving back home we popped into Stroud Homebase to pick up some decorating supplies. We were greeted as we walked in the door and the colleague showed us where we needed to go. As we were looking for what we needed we were approached again and asked if we needed help by a lady called Eve. She asked us about our project and was very knowledgeable & helpful. She made sure we found everything we needed and talked us through how best to use some of the products. We were very impressed with her service and would highly recommend the store.

Kevin was very helpful fetching the large boxes for me. Himself and Matt helped to get the items into my car. Kodie on the checkout was very polite and cheerful.

A very helpful team member called Kevin saw me struggling with a trolley full of bark chippings, pushed it to the till and then dealt with the transaction very efficiently.

He then loaded my purchases in the car for me. So nice to have such great treatment whilst out shopping!

Fast and efficient

Click & collect order was easy and ready to collect in one hour. All my gardening paraphernalia was available - no complaints. I tend to find shopping with Homebase a far more enjoyable experience than B&Q.

Stroud Homebase staff are very helpful. Karel and Kevin very thoughtfully offered to take my heavy purchases to my car that I would have struggled to do.

Kevin Kodie - super helpful- knowledgeable and also helped me carry all goodies back to my car without asking - great store, always have positive experience, well recommended- for great choices for hour and garden as well as helpfulnesses of staff.

Lynsey was an absolute star today. When above and beyond customer service.
She went and found me some discontinued paint and was very helpful and polite. Made my visit a pleasure.
