The staff are excellent and there's some brilliant bargains in the administration sale. The prices are sometimes cheaper than what's stated on the ticket also.

However, Whilst I appreciate it's a DIY store, it isn't very clean and my hands were black when I left.

Some of the stock had clearly been there for some time and I noticed items that had a 'use by' date of early 2020! - nearly 5 years ago. It makes it clear to see why the business has failed to be honest.

My wife has collected the order and total three times but given two items. I have paid for three items. I will have to re visit to collect third item.

Excellent customer service from Pam today who updated me on my pre-order in the morning, and was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful in-store, assisting me with the purchase of the perfect cushions for my new flat. A wonderful experience all round - I shall be sure to seek her assistance with future purchases.

Simple and easy to order click and collect, brilliant service by the advisor too, quick and efficient.

I ordered 2.5 farrow and ball paint on Tuesday 17th which was on the the 3 for 2 deal for some reason only 2 no tins went through on the order which meant I ended up paying the normal price
I tried to refund the 2 no runs of paint and buy 3 fir 2 again only to be told the deal had finished on weds
I am disappointed that the assistant knew I ordered the paint before the deal ran out and could have given me another tin of paint
