The staff are excellent and there's…
The staff are excellent and there's some brilliant bargains in the administration sale. The prices are sometimes cheaper than what's stated on the ticket also.
However, Whilst I appreciate it's a DIY store, it isn't very clean and my hands were black when I left.
Some of the stock had clearly been there for some time and I noticed items that had a 'use by' date of early 2020! - nearly 5 years ago. It makes it clear to see why the business has failed to be honest.

Excellent customer service from Pam today who updated me on my pre-order in the morning, and was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful in-store, assisting me with the purchase of the perfect cushions for my new flat. Great quality at a great price
Bought garden furniture for my son in the clearance sale 50% off. I was able to arrange delivery to his address, it arrived on time, was easy to put together, no problems really pleased with quality. Very happy.

Product as described but only one counter open at the store

I ordered 2.5 farrow and ball paint on…
I ordered 2.5 farrow and ball paint on Tuesday 17th which was on the the 3 for 2 deal for some reason only 2 no tins went through on the order which meant I ended up paying the normal price
I tried to refund the 2 no runs of paint and buy 3 fir 2 again only to be told the deal had finished on weds
I am disappointed that the assistant knew I ordered the paint before the deal ran out and could have given me another tin of paint
