Homebase - Worcester Opiniones 

I wanted a new bathroom - not really sure what I wanted of what was a available. Katie in the Bath store department was great and helped to specify a great bathroom at a good price. It was just so easy!

Just had a new kitchen fitted via Homebase and the reason I decided on the company Country Kitchens was that Katie and Michelle of Blackpole Worcester helped us with our decision they went above and beyond and for this I want to say a HUGE THANKYOU to them.We were also delighted with the fitting and they did as we asked and have to say we are enjoying our new kitchen

Great staff, very friendly.

From what little time iv actually spent going into the homebase, and looking around it. Everyone is really nice, and they are so willing to help. Everyone is extremely friendly and they wont tell you "no do it yourself" they also seem to be friendly with each other, that brings on a happy and caring enviroment

Ordered four bags of compost at 9am. Arrived at 12 to pick them up and was told that they couldn’t find the 40 bag stock. After a wait I decided to collect them myself from the garden area. Found them straight away. The manager was very helpful when he realised what had happened

Amazing shop always full of wonderful products, been helped my Chloe a few times while visiting always a lovely girl always happy to help would definitely recommend thank you

I needed information/help with buying a garden table and chairs and, despite the fact that there were few other staff available, the lady at the Helpdesk couldn't have been more helpful to me. I happily bought the item and the lady the then helped me to load the table and chairs into my car.
This is the second such experience I have had at Worcester Homebase and I shall certainly be more than happy to continue to shop the. Many thanks to the very kind lady.

Small compact lawn mower. Just right for me not to hard to push around. Not good if u have a big garden though.

Brought a bathroom from Homebase Worcester awful after sales experience from them, they care more about profit than correcting or helping a customer recify the issue.
If you care about after sales service in case something is not right don’t buy from Homebase absolutely shocking, Katy from Worcester cared more about her sales and commission than to help you.

Went in for a new lawnmower and the store was lovely, clean and tidy and I was helped out by the staff to help choose the best option for me

Helpful staff.
Internet was easy to understand, and was able to order first time instead of having to do it several times, as I normally do.
And able to order the correct amount we needed buy their calculations.

We ordered 2 tins of masonry paint from Homebase, stating they were in stock. We paid and drove 10 miles to collect from Blackpole. On arriving to collect them we were told you had none in stock. We were also told that you would not refund our money for at least 3 days which we are not happy about. Your company took our payment for goods that you didn't have and we made a 20mile+ round trip to collect. We shall be making a complaint and will not be using your online ordering system again.
