Absolutely Brilliant!
Oh my goodness! I was simply blown away by the kindness, understanding, service and the offer to expedite the job due to our circumstances. The team were simply the loveliest people I have come across in a long time. Daisy was super polite, delightful and understanding, taking care of our inquiry straight away. Time was taken to quickly assess the situation and offer very useful guidance. They did not try to sell me a product that I didn't need and they explained everything in a manner that I could easily understand. Adrian, called me the same day I placed my inquiry and went above and beyond to offer help and support us. To slot us in next day, was simply above and beyond. Brad, the fitter, was fabulous. He work efficiently, tidied up and even vacuumed my carpets, all whilst being super polite and offering minimal disruption. They say you only know of loft ladders when you need one, but I wish I had met this team earlier and would welcome them anytime, highly recommending them to anyone who would need a loft ladder. Truly a brilliant, hassle free experience with a high quality product! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Very professional
From booking a quotation to completion, this was a seamless experience from a professional, well-run company. Boarding raised in the loft and extra layers of insulation (from sustainable sources) laid to bring it up to modern standards. Unwanted plastic water tank cut up and old boards from DIY job removed. Loft now fully boarded. Felt lap vents and grab rails fitted, so I have a fully accessible, usable space. Carpenter and labourer worked really hard and cleared up brilliantly. Fair price for good service and high-quality job. Definitely recommended.

From the initial assessment to the finished item, 100%.
This Company has the best customer service, every body I had contact with both by phone and in person were both friendly and helpful. The work started when they said it would, the people that fitted my loft ladder etc worked quickly and left the place so tidy and were always polite and friendly. The work is finished to a very high standard, would I recommend them, in a heart beat, and if I ever moved and wanted a loft ladder etc they would be my first port of call. Very professional and helpful upfront customer service... arrived on time to conduct survey and provided illustration of options available (inc. photos/videos). Clear written quote provided before departure. Didn't end up proceeding with work for various reasons, but felt comfortable they would have done a good, tidy job.

Excellent Work
The ladder installers arrived on time, went straight to work and had the Loft Ladder installed in just a couple of hours. They cleaned-up after themselves and, 2 hours later I could easily get into the loft. They were very nice, polite young men and they did an excellent job.

Shocking company
Shocking company, only interested in easy jobs. Following a recent visit their representative made it clear he was not happy about the amount of boxes in the loft but said I would get an estimate within the week. They did not sent the estimate. There are much more reliable companies out there. Avoid would be my recommendation

How refreshing it is to be a satisfied customer these days?
I now have a fully functioning loft ladder that has made me independent of my family, that is easy to use and requires no aditional steps to close the hatch. The company employes good tradespeople who were polite, tidy, and efficient. They arrived on time and I was kept fully informed of everything from start to finish. At last I can say, good value for money, you get what you pay for. Excellent, thankyou all

The cost of the work was fully explained, and I found the overall cost of the work most acceptable.
