Great products, coals, logs, twizzlers etc.......at very affordable prices, with great deals when ordering larger numbers. Delivery time spot on.....and driver carried our order down our drive and onwards to our storage point. We received brilliant service from the point of ordering to the point of delivery......friendly and kind staff, all the way......rather like the 'good old days'. We have shopped before with Homefire, shopping with them again was a no-brainer......we so appreciate their great products and great service. We would highly recommend to other stove owners. I don’t mind paying a bit extra for a good product, so far I’ve been very pleased with the Bulk Bag Kiln Dried Logs generally they are a good size very dry and burn hot with hardly any smoke, also I’ve this year been a convert of the eco coal a tad more expensive however less smoke last longer and burn hotter, I’m on a repeat order for both products which works well as you can defer orders for when you actually need them and are not committed to taking them every month, my only negative comment is the delivery company contract out and some drivers are not always that friendly and don’t have the proper tools for the job and very little awareness of Health & Safety !
