Contact centre were polite, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell. Price quoted for a replacement tyre was also better (sometimes a lot better) than rivals, though not needed...

Tony (fitter in Edinburgh) arrived when he said he would, and did a excellent job repairing the tyre rather than having to replace it.

I've used Hometyre a few times over the last decade or so, and always received superb service.

Would not go anywhere else very professional and helpful the member of staff Bill who came to make the repair was very professional and polite will be using them again in the future

Fantastic Experience - Ordered 4 tyres Monday at 4pm , fitted Tuesday 11am . Price was very competitive and Steve the fitter , friendly and really helpful. Will definitely be using again, highly recommended .

What a relief to come across Home Tyre. After some time talking to the 'cowboys' of the mobile tyre change business, who quoted silly amounts, wouldn't say the make of tyre they would be providing and were only interested in justifying a high price and upselling to two tyres.
I filled in the online form for Home Tyre and given a clear quote. Within minutes I was contacted by a very nice lady who talked me through various things such Martin would look to see if my tyre could be repaired first and if not he would have the tyres with him. Martin arrived on time explained why the tyre could not be repaired but advised that as the tyre was nearly new it would be ok just to change the one tyre, saving me a lot of money. 25 minutes later all was OK. thank you Martin and Home Tyre for seeing me through a stressful time.

An excellent service. From booking to fitting the service from hometyre was first class. The fitter Wayne was polite very helpful and efficient. The office kept me informed and did their best to help me. I am happy and will use Hometyre again in the future.

Booked my HomeTyre appointment at 10.20 in the morning following a side-wall puncture to my near-side rear tyre. By 10.40 I’d had a call to confirm, discuss tyre size, etc. and by 12.15 was back on the road, following a visit from an accomplished technician (Steve), who fitted a new one with no issues — they even ensured all my other tyres were up to scratch re: tread depth, correct psi, etc. — and all for less than £100.

Everyone I dealt with was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable which helps put people at ease (dealing with car issues can be a source of anxiety for a lot of people!) and I have never been so satisfied with a service that I have received.

Not sure about the company overall, but if they providing the same service as I got then you will not go wrong.
I was a mechanic for about 35 years and Tony arrived to adjust my wheel alignment.
Everything he done was spot on and by the book. Checked tyre pressure all round and the basic checks before adjustment.

My car got a flat tire and they were able to get me in really quick. The guy who came to change my tire was super nice and professional. They're a legit company and I'd definitely use them again 10/10

Customer service and fitting was excellent. I booked a slot on line for 2 replacement tyre with fitting during staying at a friends house after blow out on motorway. I messed customer services about as I cancelled it and then wanted to rebook it. They were great and fitted me in. They kept in touch with me throughout and the fitter Martin arrived and did a great job - well done

Excellent service from start to finish. Booking a slot online was easy and the tyre price was reasonable given that it was fully fitted at home. Got a call the next day to discuss time and confirm tyres then when I realised I may need run flats got a call back to confirm that all was loaded and the engineer would be with me next day. Martin called in the morning and said he could be with me 1.5 hours early which was great and the tyres were fitted quickly and professionally. Cannot fault any element from great customer service through to final fitting.

Used Hometyre (Ken) Preston based to change a Caravan Tyre. Prompt and reliable service, really nice guy. We had a problem a couple of weeks later with the same tyre. There where back out within an hour and a half and fixed it temporary until a new tyre could be delivered due to Bank Hol. New tyre fit at no extra charge. Would highly recommend

One word: exceptional! You often get a decent company and decent service in between the utter junk that's out there (e.g. Halfords were utterly dire, I mean, really really bad). Then, someone like Hometyre come along and you get a service above and beyond what you expect. Hometyre definitely goes up to 11!!! Highly, highly recommended. Credit to Craig :)

Fantastic service from Steve at Hometyre. Fitted 2 caravan tyres for me today. Slight problem with a motor mover but nothing too much trouble for him.

Was booked in for 5pm on the same day, but James the fitter from Northampton gave me a call to say he could do it even earlier than this which was a massive help to me. Communication and customer service brilliant throughout the whole process, and James had gone the extra mile to ensure I was back on the road. Couldn’t recommend a better service. Top man James

I had a fully flat tyre and a guy called Steve came out to me today from the Wigan patch as I was located in Standish. He was brilliant, top bloke, very knowledgeable and just listening to him talking about finding and repairing a puncture was so interesting. Thank you so much!!

I think one of the elements that cements the excellent service Sam of Hometyre Sheffield delivers is that the three times I have used him the speed, quality and responsiveness has been consistently excellent ! Great job time and time again. Would thoroughly recommend using Hometyre especially Sam in Sheffield !
