Once your ticket is registered, our agents will review the details of your case with the partner centre concerned and come back to you with an appropriate solution.
Please note that our partner garages are selected and regularly evaluated based on customer ratings and reviews, and repeated issues are addressed, up to removing a centre from our network if necessary.

Great service and priceHad been
Had been looking for replacement tyres for our motorhome for several weeks locally and on line.
Needed CP rated and looking for,a reasonable cost.
Found Grip 500 by chance and had a great selection of tyres, ordered on line and were delivered to our door within a couple of days.
Communication on delivery was great there is also an option to take out insurance on the tyres which for the cost was a no brainer.
Only downside was no associated garge locally where they could have been fitted but wasnt a problem a local garage was happy to fit.
Will certainly buy again.

I have placed many orders online from this retailer for premium tyres which are reasonably priced and are sent very quickly free of charge. Once an order is placed, an email is sent the next day usually with a tracking no. and tyres arrive via APC overnight very quickly. My latest purchase for 2 Michelin tyres arrived the next working day! Amazing service. Great joined up service with courier. Highly recommended.

A cowboy in the world of business
I ordered a set of 4 tyres more than a month ago. They sent me only 2 and refunded me for the other 2 without asking if I'm ok or without informing me about this. I tried to contact them but it's impossible, you can only open a ticket and wait for a reply but takes weeks and they only apologize because they're busy with a big number of customers. Now after 5 weeks still waiting for someone to collect this 2 tyres. When you buy 4 you get a better price than for 2.
