Awesome Service from Fire Mountain! I bought their largest BBQ. Some of the parts were damaged but they arganised a replacement shipment real quick. The BBQ works an absolute charm!!.
Delighted with purchases, colour slightly paler but absolutely fine. Only criticism with toaster, but not taking away from product flex/cable could do with being 2 ins longer, had to rearrange things... Ver más

Our air fryer caught on fire
Our air fryer caught on fire, it could have taken down our kitchen if it wasn't for our quick thinking.
I contacted the company who I thought acted really well and concerned at first. They wanted to see the air fryer to check it. Collection arranged.
We've just had a rather snotty letter stating the air fryer spontaneously catching fire was our fault and blamed it on grease build up. It was in use at the time and we didn't carefully remove the cooking chicken before we almost burnt ourselves getting it out the house and having to put the fire out.
I'll never buy anything from them again

Knowledge of extra parts for the BBQ was good and once again fast delivery time
Assembly of the BBQ was easy to follow and was engineered very well as every part fitted without force and all screw/bolt holes lined up precisely. The finished article looks very smart.
Hope to get many years of use out of it.

Love the barbeque.
Love the barbeque.. as my son says it's sexy and the pizza attachment we've just used and it's fab ... Only thing I can complain about was I went to move it by the end table opposite the wheels and the wooden end came off in my hand and had split through the screw .. a bit of wood glue will have to do and one of the legs was scratched but these days we have to embrace imperfection and put it right if we are able .

Seems like a good product, well priced and great on first use. Packaging damaged on delivery but bbq all good. Straightforward instructions, but took a few minutes to put together. All went well and really pleased with it!
