Hommix Berta 3-way tap in black
Hommix Berta 3-way tap in black. The design of this tap is beautiful. Chic and simple. I am in two mind whether it was a good idea to go for black colour. Presentation of it is superb. Does not get stained. Easy to wipe. But despite taking extreme care, I noticed a tiny spot on the edge when the black coating is gone. It’s not a scratch. I have no idea who it came about. So I am worried that this could peel off. It will be interesting to know what the guarantee is for the black layer on the tap. I need to investigate. But for the time being I’m really enjoying the tap. Love the height and reach of it.
I’d say one thing. I connected it as per the instruction but it was very confusing how to run cold-hot water. So I ended up swapping the supply hoses around and now it is more intuitive to open the tap.
The filter water tap has a good outlet so fills cups quickly with filtered water. Fantastic compared to me previous small separate drinking water tap.

I love the look and quality if the tap
I like that I rang the company before I purchased and spoke to a person not AI
It was a little bit tricky to attach the Water2 filtration system, the plumber needed a different connection, but luckily because I already had a water filter he was able to use some of the tubing and connectors from that. It does work perfectly and I would recommend both the tap and the company.

First Class Customer Service
I purchased a 3-way tap from Hommix 2 years ago but, unfortunately, it developed a minor fault. I contacted Hommix customer service and they went the extra mile to get the problem resolved. Jay was "on it" from the start and when he was sure that the tap issue was unrepairable, he arranged for a new tap to be dispatched as a replacement!!

Fantastic service! I ordered a wrong filter model, customer service contacted me within 15 mins and arranged the correct one for me immediately. As I doesn't good in English, the CS team prepared a translater in my language to guide me install the filter. 100 mark CS!

Good product, fairly easy install but more important easy to change filter.
Recommend not using supplied tubes but purchasing straight push fit 3/8 connectors and tube to ensure neat installation.
