Thank you for your review. We’ve looked into this and can confirm your order was dispatched on the 8th of September due to the weekend. The courier attempted delivery on the 11th and 13th but was unable to get a response at the address. A final attempt was made on the 15th and the parcel was successfully delivered.
As the delivery was delayed due to missed attempts rather than an issue on our side, we do hope you can understand this was not caused by us. We’re glad the item has now safely reached you, and we hope you’re happy with your purchase.
