I received from him wrong item, I want return and refund but seller doesn`t want pay for return, but its his fault. No reason trust him

Placed an order and was informed I couldn’t pay by credit card. Tried to use debit card they said no to that too because I needed the cosmetics delivered to a different address to home address.
So I did an EFT as they requested. But the goods were NEVER delivered. Apparently because the address I gave them was for ‘a flat’ and not a for a warehouse. I have had countless cosmetics delivered to this same address from other suppliers and never experienced any issues.
They tried to call twice to enquire about the flat address if it were correct supposedly, I only listened to their voicemail a few days later questioning why it was an address for a flat and not a warehouse. I confirmed the address was correct. But goods were still never delivered.
Now they say their courier will refund me £46 of the £125 I paid. Which I haven’t received and It’s been an uphill battle wasting both my time and money.
Do yourself a favour and rather use other cosmetic wholesalers and save yourself the headache or possible money loss.
