Great everything
Ordered two wall mats for our horse box to repair the damaged panels. The panels were very reasonably priced, were delivered within a couple of days by reliable company and were as advertised. The delivery charge seemed steep but the panels are large and heavy so the cost of delivery was justified.

We do realise that the charges made by all the carriers are expensive, however we have always adopted a transparent policy of never hiding these charges in the cost of our products which many do and call it "free delivery" or significantly subsidised. The UK carriage charges, over which we have no control only ever go one way, but as a major importer of the products we can and do offer the very best price we can at the point of bringing them in.

Maddie is a star, saving me over £100 on delivery charges alone.
I cannot recommend The Horse mat Store enough.
I received my rather bulky item within 48 hours, which is simply a great service. (..other suppliers STILL have me wating for almost two WEEKS, for far smaller items !)
It's just a shame there are only FIVE stars for me to choose from !

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. You can call and speak to someone,who gives great advice , takes the order and sends email confirmation. Price for everything is broken down so you know exactly what you're paying , no hidden costs
Delivery instructions are passed on to the delivery company, and tracking information sent.
The mats I ordered were as described and are excellent quality. I have had a number of mats before and they stand the test of time , every day wear and tear and are still going strong !! The mats I had this time were for a new area I felt would benefit.
Would highly recommend horsemat Ltd . Other companies could learn from them! It's great to have human customer service, keeps customers coming back !

Team went above and beyond, 5* service
Kim and Theo went totally over and beyond to give me lots of options to surface a turn out paddock for my horse, we recently chose to take her off grass due to medical issues and I was totally lost knowing what to do. After lots of advice and zero pressure to buy anything at all - I ended up purchasing grass mats and hoping that with the wider system we’ve invested in that these mats will mean the paddock will keep giving for many years! The pricing, communication and delivery was 5* - highly recommend.
