2nd visit after the first wasn’t pleasant I thought I would go look for some seed potatoes( for Christmas )phoned the shop the lady I spoke to said they had just come, so I called in on arriving I saw some on the shop floor they didn’t look very good so I went to the counter and this man appeared a staff member said that was the ones that came in, they had seen better days so I said they don’t look very healthy the answer to that was don’t have to buy them then do you.
I will definitely not be going to that garden centre again.

Cafe staff excellent. Car parking needs serious attention. Areas where staff need to access should be cordoned off. Rude fork lift driver wouldn’t allow me to move my car out of his way so he could do lots of manoeuvring which he apparently needed to do there and then. He was extremely rude and arrogant and I was doing my level best to be helpful. We have supported this business and recommended it for many years. I was extremely upset and will not visit this place again. They have lost a loyal customer.

Disappointing customer service - 2 out of 3 staff at check out quite rude! We won't be back.

The car parking spaces are far too tight . Even if you park correctly it is very difficult to avoid the car doors. Less mobile people will struggle. The garden centre itself is 10/10 excellent, the staff are very helpful & friendly too.

I have ordered 3 - 4 plant deliveries in the past 3 months. They are local, and deliver to me for free.
