I chose to order from Hoses Direct simply because of the
most complete description of the fitting over other company’s listings. So I knew exactly what I was looking at without having to make further enquiries. You are not the most expensive either, I made a bulk order which I thought was excellent value including the postage as a lot of brass is heavy!

Very helpful staff. Had everything I wanted or ordered it. Kept everything and shipped in one go. Sensible approach and took no longer than they said. Only snag was that the address on the delivery docket did not include correct location and postal code but this could well have been the fault of the couriers who are notoriously bad at this.

Hard to find part, in stock at fair price, delivered on time. Just the way I like it.

Delivery to to long even when I had to make a chase call to asked for delivery
Also you changed VAT but do not give a VAT Reg number on invoice which is a legal requirement.

It was nice that I got what I ordered but no conformation email say I had brought them or that they had been dispatched..had to look at bank statement to see if I'd paid or not
