After not getting our next day delivery that we had paid for the company explained they would hire a van and deliver our order personally with an apology, after being let down themselves on the delivery they stepped in with no hesitation to resolve it, very impressive 👍

Damaged hose
Hose damaged during delivery was replaced straight away.
The staff were very helpful and got the problem sorted without delay. I would recommend this company to anyone.
