We phoned the company before purchasing to discuss the delivery- was told 2-5 working days. Spoke to a lovely helpful lady. We ordered on a Saturday and it was delivered on the Wednesday. Came in 6 boxes. My husband assembled the bin with his friend and was really easy. Very impressed with everything- really really happy 😃

Great service and support-having used a hot bin at work I was so impressed I bought one for home and even encouraged my son to purchase one. The team at EFP have been great with the hassle free sales process and even offer after sales support to ensure you get the best out of the composting experience. As we approach the requirement to separate all food waste at home I can honestly say I welcome it as it has encouraged me to compost my waste. I'm looking forward to reaping the rewards of the minimal effort needed to produce my own compost.

It is a bit early to tell
It is a bit early to tell, but so far so good. I would have liked a bit more information on running the Hotbin, the green band on the thermometer for instance. I was expecting a detailed booklet too help, I feel a bit trial and error.

We ordered at an RHS show. I had been wanting one for some time. The stallholder was very knowledgeable. I ordered on Wednesday at the show and it was delivered within a week.
Packaged well. Easy to carry through the house and set up. So far so good.

Sorry to hear this, we appreciate how frustrating it is when the temperature won’t climb and it feels like nothing is happening.
That said, a low-temperature is usually something we can help fix with a few checks: whether it’s at least half full, the mix of wet waste to shredded paper/cardboard, airflow may have been blocked some how.
