The quality of the doors was excellent (in fact better than the door that was being replaced). The delivery time was brilliant. It was packaged really well.
Seamless service, helped me find the right door and colour matching. A task I thought might take a few weeks to resolve was resolved in one visit. Aftercare checks and advise tgrough tge process.

Excellent support
Excellent support. I asked to cut the doors and they got in touch. Even though they said they couldn’t, they at least tried to see what could be done and discuss my options. Every other place just said no too bad. Doors came very quickly and in good condition. The exact same doors are sold at least 20% less than other places.

Everything was great except the manner in which your preferred delivery company packed there truck it was a complete shambles and I was surprised nothing was damaged . I would have a stern word with them or change to a different delivery company.

Beware - 25% charge for returning each incorrect sized item - even if standard sized
I placed an order for an item(cupboard door) , which turned out to be the wrong size (a standard non bespoke size) Hotdoors will not refund the full amount despite the following:
It was delivered to a neighbour therefore I did not get chance to check the item,
I contacted hotdoors and was told that there would be a 25% processing cost to return - bearing in mind it was in no way damaged and never hung.
I requested a waver on the basis of re-ordering another correctly sized item, and paying for postage, to which I was told no and to refer to terms and conditions.
Very disappointed. Order with caution

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which were agreed to at the point of purchase, returns for incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is a standard practice across many industries, as returned items must be inspected, processed, and returned to stock before they can be resold.
While we appreciate that the item was unused, the product supplied matched the specifications that were ordered, and therefore the return falls under our standard returns policy. The delivery being accepted by a neighbour does not affect the terms agreed to when the order was placed.

Superb from start to finish.
We ordered high gloss kitchen cupboard doors to give our kitchen a refresh and they were excellent.
The doors came quickly and none were damaged. There were clear and quite detailed instructions on how to check the boxes and what to do after if you subsequently discovered any damaged.
Such concise instructions did make us a bit wary but we needn't have worried. All the doors were there, cut exactly as ordered and delivered by two very polite and professional men, who were a credit to the company. First time we've ordered, doors from the Internet, first time we've used this company. I would happily recommend them to friends, in fact, I already have. Excellent from start to finish.

Discontinued colours
EDIT IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY:
I never said that I placed the order 6 months ago. I said that 6 months after finishing my first bathroom I went to renovate my second and the colour was unavailable. Would you believe I don't have the time or inclination to call you up chasing colours you've discontinued.

One star review due to the fact that less than 6 months after ordering my first set of doors they discontinued the colour and line I ordered: fir supergloss graphite. Now I am left with one bathroom in a colour I cannot match. Poor continuity from a company.

The last order you placed with us was in 2021, not 6 months ago. There is a colour match for the Fir Supergloss Graphite called the Zur Supergloss Graphite. A simple call or email to us would have resolved this issue.

Kitchen Doors
I was talked through ordering on a video call as I wasn't confident on the measurements I was taking at home. Emailed a quote and paid it, delivery arrived without issue.
I would recommend them if you wanted to change the Kitchen doors!

Drawer front replacements
I ordered some drawer fronts to replace old faded ones along with some panels to make some new cabinets. I visited the showroom and they were very helpful. Quality looks very good and they look great after being installed for 3 mths. Only minor issue was delivery cannot be planned but still worth 5 stars in my view. They do bedroom units too and I’ll definitely use them again.
