I found booking faultless

I found booking. Really easy . When I had a query and spoke on the phone . They were really friendly and helpful .
Had e mails near the time reminder and reprinted tickets and hotel information. Which was nice and reassuring.

Hotels Direct and ABBA Voyage

Hotels Direct were efficient and kept in contact.
Organised and helpful.
Went to see ABBA Voyage and stayed at Holiday Inn which was only 20mins walk to arena.Hotel was gd and staff lovely.
Gd price for all we got.

Booked a 2 night stay in Park Plaza…

Booked a 2 night stay in Park Plaza Riverbank for daughters 18th birthday and watched MJ musical. Booking through Hotels Direct. Very easy and no issues at all and very informative. I will now only book through Hotel Direct for future stays. Thankyou

Everything was taken care of

Everything was taken care of, our original show choice ended before our arrival date but Hotel direct made it so easy to change shows, tickets and new confirmations we're sent within minutes. Will definitely be booking with them again.

Liverpool visit by rail and hotel visit

Our visit to Liverpool was the first time of using Hotel Direct and I must say our experience was excellent with them. Very easy to navigate and the choices we received for rail and hotel were excellent. Would definitely recommend and we will be using them again.

5 stars for hotel direct.com

So pleased I used hotel direct to book our hotel/rail break. I booked online and got a deal second to none viz 1st class rail from Newcastle to London incl the royal national hotel in Bloomsbury (very central) for 2 nights for 3 adults sharing a room. Booking just rail 1st class would be £200 each!
This deal cost us only £282.
The booking was so straightforward and when I had a query I rang the number on the invoice and actually got to speak to a person - who was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.
