This was the first time I have booked with hotel direct holiday but wouldn't hesitate to book with them again from arranging train travel to hotel and show tickets it made everything so easy for us , as a couple of a certain age it was great to have all the details taken out of our hands , so thank you holidays direct

Great deals and so easy to book. Had a wonderful deal for Tina the Musical and London Bridge Hotel. So reasonable for a wonderful hotel and fantastic show. Website really good with brilliant hotel breaks. Highly recommend

The train tickets we booked didn’t arrive in time and I couldn’t get in touch with the company as they only open Monday to Friday office hours. DPD should’ve delivered next day (which I paid for). The morning of the trip I got through to be told that I would have to have new tickets. I got there at the same time even though the train was cancelled but the ticket home had to be changed to a later time. I wasn’t offered a refund and when I asked they said they would look into it. The original tickets have still not arrived even though we’ve been on our trip. Will not use them again as you need to be able to get in touch with someone 24/7 about the trip in case anything happens you need to change.

Lies, not telling the whole story!!.
Not saying we were given deadlines to rebook!! even though they knew how serious the situation was! my aunt was attacked by a dog the day before we were due to travel!!she needed emergency surgery to her face!! Last thing on her mind was to rebook!!! They're received the police crime number, photos and medical reports and still asking if we had insurance!! No compassion, no thought or duty of care!! just hardlines, we're keeping your money!!! Also not mentioning 3 members of the party are the pensioners!!!
Your company have no compassion, all a set of robots following a script!! please stay away!!! Basically do not contact us again, we're not listening.
The company is not even worth a 1 star !!!

Great hotel staff are lovely and bridge view bedrooms are awesome.

Easy to book, theatre tickets downloadable and no issues, I like the email confirmation the day before that HD have confirmed the booking with a named person at the hotel.

Theater, train & hotel break at a great value. I’ve tried several travel agents and their prices were atrocious. With hotel direct got the whole package at a reasonable price and the whole trip from train to hotel to theater went really well.

It was so easy to book. We got the train, hotel and theatre package. Everything was so easy. Venue and hotel were on the same street! Perfect London getaway.
