The whole experience of Booking our break was effortless , we were kept well informed and we look forward to using Hotel Direct again , it made it a trip to remember, stress free . Thank you to all at Hotel Direct.

We used Hotel Direct to book a theatre break with overnight stay (Tina the Musical + Tower Hotel). The process was easy and the cost was very reasonable compared to booking the theatre and hotel separately. A nice touch was an email from Hotel Direct shortly before our stay reconfirming arrangements with the Tower Hotel.

Hotel Direct have a justifiably high rating on TrustPilot. We shall definitely be using Hotel Direct again in the future.

The weekend break booked with Hotel Direct was so easy to arrange. I booked online, and every part of the break lived up to our expectations. The hotel booking included bed & breakfast , the train was also included and the price was much better than booking separately. Hotel Direct also booked the Theatre and this was also a very easy process

Brilliant service. Fantastic deal travelling Newcastle to London return and overnight stay in excellent hotel. An issue with the payment on account of new staff member on hotel reception was easily resolved by a quick call to Hotel Direct. Will definitely use this firm again!

Such a welcoming hotel, ideally situated for visiting the sights. Comfortable rooms and the added bonus of a swimming pool and sauna. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks to the staff.

Excellent package put on for the Abba voyage show, show, train there and back and hotel all in the package. Great price and so easy to set it all up, highly recommend this package to anyone interested in the Abba show 👌

From the initial booking to the return journey home everything was perfect . Communication was perfect , we was kept updated well in advance of any changes.
A good variety of hotels to select your stay, and the same goes for the selection of theatre/shows.

Having print out the theatre tickets, as suggested, problem at theatre 'checking in' as bar code not QR. Staff quickly resolved problem and had a great show.

LOVELY PLACE TO STAY THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. IT WAS SO HOT WHEN WE WERE THERE WE NEEDED COOL AIR & THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS GREAT, SO WE HAD A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP & THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFY TOO. ROOM WASN'T VERY BIG BUT IT WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED AND ENOUGH SPACE FOR 2 PEOPLE. AREA WAS LOVELY & CALM WITH A FEW SHOPS & PLACES TO EAT.
