Hot Toner Opiniones

Not the best communicators, but with the help from the people at IndiaMart, things worked out well.

This company is just untrustworthy, I was sent the wrong cartridge and was told that because I ordered the wrong one, they will replace it for 50% less. This is an unopened cartridge. Although their database search pointed me to this cartridge, they seems to ignore the fact that it was their database that made the mistake. Never again will I deal with this company "HOT TONER" just a ripoff. There are not trying to solve the problem but how much more money they can rip you off. Disappointing for a company to behave in this manner in Australia.

GREAT SERVICE and very happy with the product!! I found myself out of ink earlier this week, went online, ordered and left a message letting them know that I was out. My inks were in the post the next day and received by me the following day.
I have purchased inks from Hot Toner a few times and find that unlike some others that I have purchased in the past, the ink does not run if accidently splashed by water/liquid.

I have received excellent service in the past from yourselves but this time it took me 45 minutes to find the right toner number as the numbering system in the website is confusing and the customer service officer was useless to the extent that I hung up on him.

Dreadful experience.

great business, easy, quick and cheap

GOOD SERVIE, MAY NEED SOME KICK BACK TO CUSTOMER AS COUPON SO.

Excellent service, quality and price.

my son was sceptical that i could receive ink through epson over the internet and he was right i find them very unreliable and corrupt

Received all ink cartridges as ordered and delivered to my Post Office Parcel Collect facility in good time. Trouble free transaction. Good job.

Great service from all concerned at Hot Toner -Prompt delivery to my home (would have been better if Aust Post was faster)

First time buying from this seller with no problems encountered. The toner cartridge fits and works well. Also, the best price I could find so will buy from here again.

Both times that I have ordered toners from your company has been made easy. The toners have turned up within 2 days which is really great.

Have been using Hot Toner for some time now & cannot fault their service & super speedy delivery!

I placed my order Monday afternoon, and it was delivered on Tuesday. I was amazed, and very happy, with the service and the price. Well done you will certainly be getting my business from now on.

Very happy, fast shipping, good product and price

Fast, reliable, affordable. Never had any issues and been using them for 2 years now.

I craft and use my printer a lot so when I ran out of ink and needed it in a hurry I didn't know what to do. All the normal shops are so expensive and, as a disabled pensioner, I can't afford their prices. My daughter suggested looking online and that's when I found HotToner. Their range is extensive and their prices are reasonable. When I read that I could also get free shipping I was sold. I've ordered from them twice now. I'm very happy with their product and will continue to use them.

Have ordered several times now & all deliveries correct & prompt. Thanks

Purchasing from Hot Toner is the smartest decision I ever made, service awesome, prices awesome and delivery overnight. I am saving money and have recommended HT to many others.
