Deserve 0 stars avoid at all costs

If i could i would leave 0 stars! Scammers & dishonest! They sell car that have faults! They also do fake dodgy mot's. If or when they finally give you a refund after going back & forth with them when they do actually get back to you they take money off the refund for miles you did not do. My advice is to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the stress & money.

Avoid this dealership.

Avoid this dealership.
Less than a year ago, I bought a car from them and paid an extra £200 for a warranty. I never received any policy documents, confirmation, or evidence that a warranty was ever put in place.
Whenever I asked about it, I was fobbed off and told to come back another day. After providing bank statements proving I had paid the £200, I asked the owner for proof that the warranty had been purchased. He couldn't provide any and claimed he couldn't find any records.
Instead of refunding the full amount for a warranty that appears never to have existed, he offered me only half the money back as a "goodwill gesture".
So I've paid £200 for a warranty, received nothing, and the dealership cannot provide any evidence that the warranty was ever arranged. Draw your own conclusions.
Make sure you get everything in writing if you deal with this business.

Should be 0 stars

Should be 0 stars - had a reserve through autotrader policy in place , paid for an AA inspection , was waiting for them to confirm price for 12 month warranty - they kept using excuses for delay in responding then cancelled reservation without explanation & removed ad from websites - they then had a 3rd party call me claiming to be a mechanic saying the car was unsellable (despite the AA inspection not finding any of the issues claimed) yet suddenly the car was taxed - so obviously they sold the car to someone else

Please read - Worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY company in the entire WORLD, not just a car dealer in the uk. And that’s a very low bar to set. He will lie, again and again, to sell you a car.

Please read - Worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY company in the entire WORLD, not just a car dealer in the uk. And that’s a very low bar to set. He will lie, again and again, to sell you a car. Then IGNORE / ghost YOU - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The following are things that you would NOT expect from a dealer. Or things about the car that you expect to be handled by a dealer when selling a car.

The short version is that the car advert had Full Service History and 2 Keys listed and the car having absolutely no problems. He agreed to give me “his profit” instead of lowering the price of the car(due to worn-out discs and some chips on the door). AND THEN.

Only after the finance broker confirmed that he can give me the car he mentioned that “the last owner had a friend with a garage where he did the service” but NO paper trail or anything about it, ONLY one service in 2018. And he keeps arguing to this day that that means Full Service History… (which is an absolute joke to be honest).

Same with the key, once he got the confirmation that he will get the money he said he doesn’t have a second key and offered a pathetic £50 for me to make one. And then said he has a friend that codes keys and will make one for me. (I do not have neither the key nor the money to make one, a month after the purchase.)

I had to chase him consistently and he kept delaying and finding excuses to not send the money he promised as a discount. He barely sent a part of it after I told him I will contact the finance lender and broker if he doesn’t send it. He said that he doesn’t have the money. If you are a car dealer and you don’t have £330 to spare... I don’t know what business you are doing.

And now, he isn’t answering my calls or messages…

Lied about the car not being smoked in and then a few days later when I noticed a burn on the driver seat he said “the last owner said he smoked so that’s probably why”.

A big issue was that I was naive enough to trust him to actually keep his word and provide what he promised once I left there with the car.

A few other things:
While talking to him (on the period where he still responded), I mentioned that I need an original VAG key, not a £5 eBay one.
His argument was “c’mon brother, you bought a cheap 9k car, not a 50k car? What do you expect?”
I expect what was written in the ad and promised by you multiple times through text and calls.

Both front tires were pretty much dead on the inside, and the alignment was atrocious.

It had a bad smell in it due to being a smoker, and it was dirty on the inside. I had to pay for a full detailing.

It had a fake, cheap aftermarket cambelt, so good thing I changed it since who knows when that would have ceased to work and completely destroy the engine. Leaking water pump as well. Air conditioning system probably leaking since I have a weird hissing noise whenever it’s running.
Now I have errors on the gearbox, and I HIGHLY doubt he will honor his “3-month warranty” since he is not even replying to my messages.

It also had a dead empty tank, under 10 miles of range left, including the reserve. I barely got to the nearest petrol station.

Now I’m left with no second key as promised (nor the money promised to cover it, which, in the end, I agreed to receive £100, and I’ll cover the rest to make the second key) and not even the full amount of the initial “discount” he said.

Yes, I fully agree that a second-hand car can have issues, but, you know, one of the main reasons for buying from a dealer is that you expect some of the super obvious ones to be already fixed and included in the “dealer price.”
I had to pay £1800 at a VAG-approved dealer to fix / replace everything it needed to.

ALL IN ALL, I will never deal with this company again, no matter how good the car or the deal seems like.
Absolutely nerve-racking and stressful last month.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As has been said recently on other…

As has been said recently on other reviews, very friendly and disingenuously accommodating when making the sale, but quite frankly appalling afterwards.

Bought a car from them almost 2 months ago - was promised a 3 month warranty, which would be received by email - still not received. Advertised with 2 sets of keys - still not received the second set or any update despite numerous chasers. Still have not received the logbook from the DVLA.

Ignores calls, texts completely now.

Do not risk buying anything from here.
