Great service from H Samuel in Southampton

The salesman was extremely helpful. I wanted hooped earrings for my daughter. I wasn't sure if they were the right ones, so he sealed them in a small bag and said they could be returned if not suitable as long as they were in the bag still. As earrings are usually non returnable, I thought this was extremely helpful.

Online purchase - needed watch strap adjusting in store. Friendly help in local town branch. Option to adjust watch strap to size online to a wrist measurement was not available or might have got 5*

Very odd all this covid rules retail. However the staff at Samuels were very helpful and upbeat as always. Always good service at the Southampton store.
