Tried to order shoes but payment system was not working, rang up and this had only just failed. Paid over phone, delivery quicker than expected, had to return for larger size these also arrived very quickly. Will use again.

Ordered a pair of boots on friday 29th December and received on Saturday 30th December. Fantastic service and fabulous boots at a great price

I received an extremely damaged box in more than one piece, one of the boots was all scratched and a completely different colour to the other boot. I returned the boots and was told I would receive a full refund when they received the boots back. The tracking shows the boots have been received but having chased my refund they responded “a refund will be issued when they open it”. So similarly to other reviews, refunds don’t happen quickly.

Excellent all round. Found just the wedding shoes I wanted at a great price, ordered and received within a few days. Shoes even better than expected! Really happy, thank you so much

I had never used the company before. I wanted a specific pair of Skechers shoes which they had. Everything was fine and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Positive buying experience for clarks schools shoes however a slightly disappointing return and refund experience. I am told they're behind as closed for week. Surely the week before the start of term time is one of your busiest times when all hands on decks are required.

Being asked to be patient whilst you refund my money does not sit well.

Stick to Clarks direct, you can return your shoes to branch with an immediate refund

I ordered sandals and when they arrived were very large, I have emailed twice explaining how big they are and asked if they could measure the smaller size as I liked the sandals. I have never received a response so will return sandals and won't be buying from them again. Shame as I have bought shoes before.Such bad customer service.

First Class service. Shoes were delivered promptly and at reasonable cost. Good to see an old established company embrace modern technology and manage to undercut the opposition!

I have 3 pairs of birkenstock's that all fit perfectly so I ordered the exact same size from Humphries. When they arrived they were marked as the correct size but were physically much smaller! (fakes?) and did not fit. I had no choice than to return them and then they charged me a return fee.... for a faulty item!

Ordering and delivery was good. The £2.50 fixed fee returns is a good idea. Unfortunately, I received no communication and had to chase it up by email as they did not answer the phone. An email reply advised without any apology that the shop have a returns backlog and will process it when they get round to it. So I wait…

I've bought 3 pairs of shoes there in the last couple of years. The process of ordering and delivery is very efficient. They have a good selection of shoes, and great customer service. I've usually purchased the Heavenly Feet brand. My first two purchases were excellent - very comfortable and practical sandals that I wore to death. The latest one is not as good - not as comfortable or as striking as my previous purchase. But still 5 stars, for a great website, products, and excellent service.

First time I have used this company for an online order and cannot fault their service. Trainers delivered within 4 days of order exactly as advertised at a competitive price. Would recommend based on my experience.

Absolutely dissapointed. When I received my shoes 1 off them was damaged. So I sent an email to Humphries shoes. The reply was just a basic return the shoes or accept £8 of the price I paid £45.00. "KATIE" who dealt with my query was not a bit professional at solving the issue, there was no apology for the problem with the shoes her customer care skills were absolutley rubbish I'm surprised the company has any customers left with such attitude 🙄 I will never buy from here again and I certainly won't be reccomending to "ANYBODY" (Just for the record the shoes were for a very, very special occasion)
