I needed to exchange shoes I ordered from Humphries, I sent an email to customer service, got a reply within an hour and my request was dealt with quickly. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt it was really important to recognise the amazing customer service from Humphries shoes in sorting a non-straight forward exchange for my daughters shoes. Emma was fantastic. Thank you for the excellent customer service and the same day dispatch.

I had a problem with the slippers I bought from Humphries back in January, they emailed me a return label, and exchanged them for a different pair no problem at all. Fast delivery, and the Nordika slippers I have just recieved as a replacement are really top quality. Very happy, will definately recommend.

Order arrived rapidly and in ample time for recipients birthday. Unfortunately I had got the size wrong, but this was no problem at all, quick turnaround when I returned them, very helpful and efficient.

The trainers were delivered rapidly, when they said they would be.
The size was a little small so I got to try out the return system which works well. The site is competitive in price so I didn’t mind the £2.50 return post charge, it was simple and quicker than I expected.

Excellent service. From online order to receipt of the shoes within a week I had an excellent experience with Humphries Shoes. The fact I saved over £30 on the same product (Pikolinos) advertised by several other retailers only made the decision to use Humphries an even better one! Would recommend and will use again.

Cannot recommend this company more. I had an issue with a courier and customs due to Brexit and they sent my parcel back to this company. They organised to have my parcel shipped with an alternative delivery company which they don't usually use and I got my parcel in a couple of days. Joseph went out of his way to help me and I am so greatful. Humphries Redditch

Trying to purchase my sons school shoes (Clarks had sold out - as normal). I found Humpries shoes online and they had the Clarks shoes in stock and £2 cheaper. I also paid only £2 for express delivery, which is a lot cheaper than other places and they arrived on time and are perfect. I will use Humpries again next time before I try Clarks.
