Not worth it :(

Bought this because my last two £100 centrifugal juices burnt out days after the warranty expired. Really wanted to treat myself and after researching landed on the Hurom 400. Was so used to throwing in whole carrots with juice in seconds but with this you have to cut everything into tiny pieces. You have to sit and watch it like a hawk as it still gets blocked and backs up. Couldn't even handle 6 carrots and some ginger. Really small yield and juice not smooth. Still hard to take apart and clean all pieces despite the claims. Then put it all back together. Quite tall doesn't fit on the kitchen counter between upper and lower cupboards. Really not worth the money, I'm so disappointed and feel ripped off.

Really disappointing experience with…

Really disappointing experience with this brand. After spending nearly £400 on a juicer, I expected far better quality and customer support. Unfortunately, several of the juicing parts didn’t stand the test of time.

While the company initially sent some replacements as a goodwill gesture, the most important part the lid (without which the juicer is unusable) broke and was not handled well at all. The response from the manager was surprisingly dismissive and unprofessional, with a curt tone and even some sarcastic remarks, which only added to the frustration.

It’s disappointing that a company would push back over something as minor as an £18 replacement part, especially given the original investment. Good customer service should prioritise long-term satisfaction, not argue with customers over small costs.

Overall, the juicer itself is average at best, and the aftercare has been poor. I wouldn’t recommend this brand there are far more reliable and better-value options available for significantly less via Amazon for around £150

Not worth the money

I tried to leave a review on th Hurom website as they left me an email to review the mini juicer £350 that I have recently purchased. They did not publish my review as it was not positive. I wish I had looked on here first. The juicer is quiet and it is fairly easy to clean although there is a silicone strap at the pulp outlet that is difficult to clean as the pulp gets stuck underneath this bit. Overall this juicer provides hardly any juice for the quantity of fruit/veg that you have to put in it. Barely a decent cup for 6 large blood oranges mostly pulp out the other end even though some large parts of pulp still came out the juice end including with celery stringy bits that make you gag! Overall I am disappointed as to me even £350 was a lot of money to spend out let alone over £600 for the full size. I feel this has been over hyped by people that received the item for free to review such as influencers. Personally I don’t think this item is worth the money and I am disappointed with my purchase and doubt it will be used much.

Horrible customer assistance for a premium product

The product might be good but the service from customer support and the hurdles for a valid warranty are terrible, I am going back and forth for months now for a brand new product bought from Divertimenti. You will not get the 5 to 10 year warranty so stay away from spending £500 on this for a 1 year warranty. I will return it

Appalling support - stuck with £600 faulty juicer

The support received to date has been very disappointing... I received a juicer that is either faulty or just extremely bad quality. It is not fit for purpose. Juicer received on 11/11, issue reported on 20/11. The support team asked me to record a video of myself in the kitchen during the entire assembly and juicing process, which I am not comfortable doing. I described the issue in detail, and I am happy to answer any questions asked. Today (26/11), I received an email saying that without a video of myself, they cannot proceed further. I brought the team's attention to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as well as their own terms and conditions. So much hassle. I was looking forward to getting this juicer returned and buying another one as I believe this unit is simply faulty but now, how am I supposed to spend so much money on a juicer with such long warranty if the support team cannot perform a simple task of arranging a return for a faulty device (reported within 8 days of receipt nonetheless, way before the 14 day return period was over!). I was excited to juice but for a week now the juicer has been packed waiting for collection and I cannot order a replacement... what a terrible experience so far... I will update it if anything changes.

Extremely Poor Customer Service & No Understanding of UK Consumer Law

I purchased a Hurom H400 juicer in February 2025 for £600. Within months it began deteriorating, blocking and struggling. I first reported the issue in July, well within the 6-month period covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Since then I’ve dealt with “Julia” from customer service, whose handling has been appalling. She has:

-Denied receiving my initial complaint (despite proof).
-Dismissed the evidence I provided (photos and videos).
-Blamed me for “user error” rather than acknowledging the fault.
-Misrepresented UK consumer law by insisting that after 30 days I am not entitled to a refund, ignoring the 6-month presumption that faults are assumed to have been present at purchase.
-Her replies have been obstructive, unhelpful, and show no understanding of UK consumer rights. For a company selling premium products, this level of service is unacceptable.

A £600 juicer should last years, not months, and a serious company should know the law and resolve issues properly, not dismiss genuine complaints.

If you want Poor quality juicer & refusal to refund this is it

I bought a juicer from hurom directly. The quality is extremely poor – it leaves thick pulp and is not fit for purpose. I contacted the company immediately, but despite sending 9 emails, videos and explanations, they refuse to refund me, claiming that because I unpacked it I cannot return it.

This is not correct under UK consumer law. Customers have the right to return goods that are of unsatisfactory quality or not fit for purpose within 30 days (Consumer Rights Act 2015). I feel ignored and dismissed despite my repeated attempts to resolve this.

I am left with a product I cannot use and a company unwilling to follow UK law. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Hurom H70 ST juicer, ice-cream maker, nut milk...

We bought Hurom H70 ST few months back.
Juicing veg and fruits 4-6 times a week. All good. Process is easy, juice are perfect barely any pulp. Have done nut milk, stopped buying it from the shop altogether now. Prepare a litter at a time - perfect. Have done ice-cream. Daughter says its the most amazing ice-cream ever.
Had no issue with the juicer so didn't have to contact customer support.
We ordered directly from hurom, got a nice £50 off. Item delivered quickly.
We are all happy with our juicer. Oh and cleaning process is easy.

Excellent support

Excellent support, had an issue with a component not arriving and customer service responded to my email promptly and arranged for delivery of the missin part within a couple of days. Very pleased with my interactions with the company.

Hurom H70 - an excellent juicer!

I did some research to find the best juicer that would work for me based on what I wanted to make. I'm not a huge fan of pulp in my juices and this does a great job of extracting juice from my produce, leaving the pulp fairly dry.

It's gone through celery, cucumber, carrots, leafy greens and even ginger with no problems. Ginger can typically be problematic due to how fibrous it is. It does tend to be a bit more difficult to clean but it extracts so much from it it's worth it.

Hoping to have this for many years!

Hurom spare parts overpriced

I was searching spare parts for Hurom H300 for replacements. It was noted that UK price is 10+ times of Europe price. For example extraction packing - Hurom Europe just sold for Eur 1.12 however UK price is GBP13.95. Not just this example but most of the spare parts. I do not understand why such a huge price gap between countries. It's ridiculous that UK seller overprice their spare parts.

Hurom are the best juicers and Hurom.co.uk are also an excellent company to buy from. They are so knowledgeable about their juicers and their customer service is faultless. I will definitely be recommending the Hurom brand to my family and friends and Hurom.co.uk.
