I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, unfortunately they were too big so I returned them the day after the delivery. They refunded the money straight after receiving the returned parcel. I can't say anything about the quality of the shoes but the customer service experience was great.

I am thoroughly disgusted by the pathetic and unprofessional service of Hush Puppies Pakistan. I placed an order and paid in advance, but they later canceled it claiming the item was out of stock.
​Upon their request, I shared my complete bank details for a refund. It has been weeks, and despite following up repeatedly through DMs and calls, I am only met with automated responses, endless excuses, and empty promises. They are unlawfully holding my hard-earned money and refusing to clear my refund.
​Their customer support is non-existent, and this kind of financial harassment is completely unacceptable. If you value your peace of mind and money, never buy online from them or pay them in advance

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience with Hush Puppies Pakistan.

I placed an order and after almost 25 days, they cancelled it by saying that the shoes were not available. Even after cancelling the order, they have still not returned my refund.

It has been almost 1.5 months, and there is still no proper response. I have contacted them through email, phone, Facebook, and Instagram, but nobody is taking responsibility or providing a clear answer.

Based on my experience, I consider this company’s handling of customer payments and refunds completely dishonest. I feel that I have been treated very unfairly.

I strongly advise customers to think twice before purchasing from @hushpuppiespakistan. Taking payment, cancelling an order after 25 days, and then not returning the refund or responding to the customer is completely unacceptable.

FRAUDSTERS. This is how I feel about my experience with Hush Puppies Pakistan

I bought the biggest size hush puppy luggage red colour from vivacity Kuching, Parkson. I used it for the second time on a trip to Australia. After my 20 August 2026 flight from Kuala Lumpur to Brisbane arriving on August 21, I found the zip frayed at the top corner of the luggage. The weight was 16 kg only and half full luggage. The material for the zip is of poor quality, not expected of a brand that projects quality. I am very disappointed the store said, warranty does not cover zip when I went there today. On the day of purchase, the shop assistant said "boleh tukar zip" I asked suapa akan buat. He said "saya". Very good salesman talk but I only realized today, zips may be an issue with hush puppy luggage. Otherwise, why did the guy gave zip as an example of warranty coverage??!

Very disappointing experience with Hush Puppies Pakistan.

I ordered a pair of shoes and what I received was honestly unacceptable — they looked old, dirty, and nowhere near the quality you would expect from a brand at this price point.

I then visited their store to exchange them, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything worth exchanging them for. Most of the products looked like they had the same quality issues, while the prices were still extremely high.

Other brands are offering much better quality and value at similar or even lower prices. Unfortunately, Hush Puppies Pakistan seems to have completely lost the standard the brand is supposed to represent.

At this point, they seriously need to rethink their quality and pricing. Very disappointing experience.

recently purchased Hush Puppies shoes from their showroom at Kochi Lulu mall. The inner sole is extremely hard like wooden piece making the shoes very uncomfortable and causing severe pain. Very disappointing experience.

I like the softness of my Hush Puppies chappals, but I'm disappointed with the durability. The sole strip wore out within 3 months of use.

I ordered my size. These are marked as 10 as ordered but are way too big. They are not comfortable even with an insole. Having now read the reviews I can’t be bothered to try to return them. Would urge anyone to avoid

Bad, bad, bad service from the Menlyn branch

Bought a Natasha Pink Loafer. Arrived very quickly very well packed. This is the honest Truth, I've never, ever had a more comfortable shoe. They are excellent quality, had foot Op none of my good quality Shoes could I wear. Took a chance on these, and am sooo happy with my purchase. Well done Hush Puppies, love em.

The headaches are not worth the shoe. It took me 2 months to sort a refund issue.

The shoe is ok, however customer service is beyond appalling.
I had an issue with the delivery and they basically said I had to sort the refund with the Post Office. I've never encountered such indifference. Their attitude was shocking. It has made my overall experience horrible and I would never buy nor trust Hush Puppies again.

Sadly ordered 4 pairs of shoes all the same size. Tried to return one as my feet won't fit in the straps unlike the other 3. Was told that is my problem and pay for the return. Took over a week, 2 emails and a phone call to get this answer also. Loads of other retailers to choose from that have a safer return policy.

Ich habe immer Hush Puppies gekauft, aber die Verarbeitung ist nicht mehr wie früher!
Winterstiefel: die auskleppbaren Rutschsicherungen (gute Idee) sind nach dem ersten einfachen Bergabstieg herausgefallen. Jetzt im zweiten Winter der Nutzung haben sich Beide Sohlen komplett abgelöst. Wasserdicht waren sie nur im ersten Jahr.

Die Schuhe sind sehr billig verarbeitet. Beim näheren Vergleich mußte ich feststellen das die Schuhe bauartgleich mit Gallus von Deichmann sind.

A comfortable pair of shoes, but very poor durability. In less than a year the sole on the right shoe has worn all the way through with cracks in several places. No wonder my foot was getting wet. I have previously also had to patch a seam that began to split

Seems tonne a recurring theme on Trust Pilot, Hush Puppies diabolical customer services.

Have always trusted the brand and normally never had an issue, bought a pair of HP Matias Brogues, first pair fell apart after a few days, second pair lasted probably 6 Months worn sparingly.

Obvious design defect with this model, HP not willing to do anything. Not the brand it once was, save your money and buy something decent and use a company that actually stands behind its products.

We bought a bag from Hush puppies in Dubai Mall on 15th September 2024 for our daughter who was going to take it with her to UK to use it there. So after two days , she flew there and the ZIP got defective within 3/4 months itself. She was unable to use it and after university closed for the holidays, she has come to Dubai and there after, we took the bag for repair to the Hush puppies shop in Dubai mall , from where we purchased and explained our situation to the manager. They are refusing to repair the defective zip and I believe that a reputed brand has to statutorily sell goods that have reasonable quality for the purpose that it has been bought for. Be careful if buying such sub standard products. This is unlike so many brands who do their maximum best to vouch and defend the quality of their products and give utmost customer satisfaction.

Today, I decided to wear my Hush Puppies boots, which had been stored in my closet for about a year. Disappointingly, while on my commute to work, the sole of the boot completely fell apart.

This was especially disheartening as Hush Puppies has always been my go-to and most trusted brand for footwear. The incident not only left me embarrassed while on the train but also forced me to borrow a colleague's shoes just to get to Myer and purchase a replacement pair.

I felt compelled to share this experience as it was both unexpected and disappointing coming from a brand I’ve long admired.
