Excellent value for money and hugely professional service

Absolutely over and above for the money
We've used the team a couple of times for a property sale and several rentals and I can honestly say they went over and above on the service. We get a call immediately when placing every order, we get a board, comprehensive valuations, property performance, photos, texts and more along the way. It's half the price of other agents and no hidden costs, I have used most of them and believe me you can't get anything more than a call centre at best. I have recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so.

Superb service at an amazing price!
We recently put our flat up for rent with I Am The Agent. I was a little reluctant at first to use an online estate agent but when I compared the price to the high street agents, I thought we would be mad not to give it a try. All my reservations were proven wrong from the start. It was so easy to add our property and upload the photos and enquiries started the very next day. Once we found a tenant, I was initially nervous about handling the next steps. Again - proven wrong. I Am The Agent guided us through each and every step answering all my questions by email along the way. References, Gas safety, Contracts - all done so easily and at a fraction of the price of what we were quoted by high street estate agents. I can honestly say I think online estate agents are the future and will be recommending I Am The Agent to all my friends!

Expect more from a service we pay for.
We chose not to directly manage our property as we wanted an arms length relationship with any tenants, but more importantly to ensure they had a dedicated way of always contacting someone should they need anything during their tenancy (having rented via an awful agency ourselves once, we wanted them to have a better experience with our property). As it turns out, we usually have to chase for replies, have had to correct documents you issue and had no choice but to simply put up with our itinerary report not being fully carried out. Wouldn't recommend.

Very easy and helpful
I researched a lot of on-line Agents and compared services offered against price and I can honestly say that I have not regretted choosing I Am the Agent. The website is easy to understand unlike other competitors and simple to use. Uploading information was straight forward. They even phoned me up to tell me that their price will increase shortly, but as I was not ready to go live I could still secure the current price. This was followed up with a very nice phone call and the offer to send a For Sale board out in order to be readily available. So far they could not have done more and I am looking forward to go live and sell my property with I Am the Agent.

A great company that enables the landlord or seller to cut out the over-priced middleman
I think the very conception of a company such as this is brilliant, and long overdue. Everyone should be able to decide whether they want to pay more or less in selling or renting their property, depending on the level of service that suits them. For example, plenty of people do not want to give away a % of their house sale proceeds for a job they could do themselves. The website is easy to use, and it's easy to put up your property for rent or for sale. I would highly recommend using I am the Agent to everyone.

Duration of sale
The service is ok with email and text details of interested clients. I do feel there shouldn't be a timescale of 12 months to sell in the current climate this appears to be longer.

I used Iamtheagent to market my property for rent in 2014. Very easy to use, clear pricing, worked well. Rented my house in a couple of weeks resulting in substantial savings in agents' fees.
