The ID&C website was easy and intuitive to use. Design the band was simple. Adding a QR barcode was a snap. Turnaround time was great!

Disappointing end.
What a shame. Been using the Company for many years now but just had our first issue. Sent in the Artwork and added this. Upload Note: Please can you add this wording after the Logo Artwork. Artist - All Venues Entry.
Wristbands turned up with three Logo images and no wording at all. It was explained to me that the Upload Note is a automated service and is not read by anyone. 100 wristbands for Next Day Delivery £22 wasted. Very annoying when I have one day to find another supplier.

Horrid Service - Avoid at all costs
I made an official complaint that was ignored.
Basically ordered 500 wristbands or so to be delivered on the next day (at extra charge) As I placed my order I noticed an error on the design. Called immediately and they said they could amend the design for an extra charge. They failed to notify me that the change would result in a delay and I needed the wristbands the next day( hence why I paid extra for next day delivery).
The following day I call again to make sure the delivery was going to be on time. They guaranteed me they would be delivered on that afternoon.
Delivery did not arrive and when I called to check on it, the office was closed.
The following week, still without the wristbands, I asked for a refund, which was denied.
Honestly, awful service.
Don't understand why as a company you wouldn't communicate to your customers delays that may occur so they can take an informed decision, and why would you charge next day delivery when It won't deliver the next day.
60£ gone to waste, no wristbands in sight, and no refund as apparently this is "protocol"
I would avoid this company at all cost to avoid frustration and disappointment.
Wristbands did not arrive and when I called asked where the parcel was, the office has closed.

Quick and quality
Bracelets received quickly and looked exactly as they were designed. Wish they had more options for sliders that don't lock the bracelet in place. Like the wooden bead but didn't need the locking feature.

The final product had an inverted logo…
The final product had an inverted logo on our lanyards. I missed it in the proof because the proof is TINY and everything else was correct. It was embarrassing to have an upside down state when lobbying at our state Capitol. I received a 20% refund, which was disappointing.

This is the second time that we have used ID&C.
We have designed and created fabric wristbands on bulk order from ID&C.
We used one of their templates to get the sizing and space required for the serial numbers correct.
Uploaded it all, popped in the specs and a few weeks later, appeared top quality wristbands.

Amazing staff
Amazing staff, very supportive.
Did have some issues with UPS putting the delivery on the wrong van, which slowed down getting them and cut the timings quite fine, but they figured this out in the end, and this wasn't ID&C's ownership.
The badges looked beautiful and were such a hit on the day!
