Hi Stephanie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on your recent order of custom fabric wristbands. I can see that you ordered our secure lock option which is meant to be secured on the users wrist, and cut off when done being used. For future orders where you may want a reusable option, we suggest ordering our adjustable lock (which is at no additional cost), so that your users can remove once the event is over.
The wristbands are amazing!
The wristbands are amazing! They came out even better than I imagined. IDC answered questions that I had. My order shipped exactly when quoted and came on time. I will be using them again in the future.

Poor customer service and poor communication
I recently tried to make an order for large print of badges. I am so disappointed as it all stated of so well. I spoke to a helpful customer service agent who advised although the time was tight they would b able to complete my order. I made sure I called before I make any order to make sure it was possible. However it quickly went down hill when my first email took over 24 for a reply and I had to call to chased. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE AWARE OF THE TIME SCALE. They then wanted to charge me and additional fee due to there lack of communication and response time. I chased 5 times for payment details and to complete and after all this was asked for the basic information I sent in my first email again!!! All my trust was gone and therefore cancelled my order as if they can't find the details I have already sent the chances of them delivery my order on time was very little. One of the worst customer service and service i have used. Do not use not trustworthy.

They delivered on what they promised
Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. What more could you ask for? The end product was what I expected. Quality is good. Production steps were not super clearly communicated but they delivered a good product when they said they would at a quality level that is on par for the price paid. Would use again.
