AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand.
Every item I received was faulty and low quality, with visible manufacturing defects including loose threads, poor stitching, ripped or splitting seams, and overall substandard construction. The items were not wearable and did not match the quality shown or advertised online. I provided clear photo evidence documenting each defect, as requested.
Despite the fact that the items were defective upon arrival, the company insisted that I pay for a return shipping label to send back the damaged goods they sent me. This is unacceptable—customers should not be required to pay to return faulty or misrepresented merchandise.
I emailed the company on February 26th formally requesting a pre-paid return label. That email was ignored. I followed up again on March 1st, and that email was also ignored. As of now, I have received no response and no resolution.
Poor quality products, refusal to take responsibility for defects, and complete lack of customer support. I would strongly recommend avoiding this brand.
