Customer service

I've used Imagin several times now. Can always rely on them to be prompt, efficient and create the product just to your liking! They are always quick to produce the proofs, ask for your feedback and tweak exactly what you need tweaking. Product always looks great and doesn't take long to arrive. Will keep coming back!

Very timely and friendly

Very Good service all round and products were very good. Process was simple and proofs were sent with a further test print too.

Access to services was easy. Confirmation special to finalize work. Delivery and follow-up facilities are clearly provided.

Excellent customer service, communication and delivery of goods ordered was perfect.

We have been using Imagin for sometime now for ID badges and clothing. Always great quality and service.

Great communication, simple ordering process and swift delivery. We have used Imagin for a number of years and the great service has always been consistent.

Always get a prompt response and excellent delivery times

Good service

The quality and variety of their products is excellent, so is their customer service. Very responsive and easy to deal with - always pleasant and helpful. Whether its a one-off or many badges at the same time, quick turnaround. I don't know if they are a family company but they do business like one - in a good way! I've been using them for a few years now for my business.

The webpage is easy to navigate, its very simple to follow the instructions to load in your design, images and names. The follow up communication was first class (upon completing the order I inputted the incorrect email address, I contacted to have it changed to track process and it was resolved straight away). Order arrived in the same week and all our colleagues are very happy with the end result. 10/10 would recommend

Nice and easy to order and exactly what we need!

Prompt service and understanding of what was needed. Allowing us to approve the order which was invaluable as it was our first experience ordering from you. Thank you

Easy to order, easy to check proofs and make amendments. Fast delivery and great quality product (metal name badges). Can't fault Imagin Products, we use them regularly and are very happy with the service and products.
