Terrible customer service
Terrible, terrible experience with this company. I placed an order and waited a few days, when I went back to check on it, I found that my order had been cancelled the next day with no communication or notice whatsoever. I emailed them and received no response. I left a review on their site to try and get their attention and finally got a reply to that just saying they can cancel orders for no reason at their discretion. Worst customer service I could imagine. They also deleted my negative review. As others have said, they delete any that are less than 5 stars just to keep their ratings up! I recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a charger from them. It shipped within 24 hours and received it via UPS in a couple days. Perfect experience and would order form again.

Terrible place
Terrible place. Not only did it take over 3 weeks to get the charger I ordered. It was defective when I received it. They said to ship it back ( at my expense no less) and they would determine if it was in fact defective. Really? Nope, that is not good CS. Not even going to bother, I tossed it in the trash and wrote it off as lesson learned! One port on the charger would not work at all. Just don't shop there. By the way, don't believe the Facebook reviews. IMR deletes any negative comments.
I now go to Liion Wholesale for what I need. Liion is amazing!

bad customer service dont bother with them
i ordered 4 hohm tech work version 1's on late dec 2018 got the package on jan 3rd 2019 quick usps. opened the package to find that 1 battery is missing and 1 of the 3 was a hohm tech version 2 that i did not order and imrbatteries.com does not sell in there 18650 category i did not notice this error until customer service already sent my 3rd version 1 battery so i repeatedly contacted customer service with 3 emails in 2 days they finally got back to me but after asking them where to send it and am i paying for return shipping they have yet to get back to me or say anything im being ignored as if there is only one person handling the customer service email account they wont even just send me the 4th battery and let me keep this version 2 that i did not order but got anyways in my order
