Excellent customer service from Andrew at Innovate Electrical, I phoned beforehand to confirm the fire was available and Andrew confirmed within minutes it was in stock. I received the electric fire that was very well packed in less than 24 hours and also had a courtesy email to let me know it was on the way. I would certainly recommend them to other tradesmen and public customers to use the website.

A brilliant and helpful company - head and shoulders above others in the market. I bought a Dimplex Tango at a very competitive price and dropped them a note asking if an urgent delivery was possible. Andrew couldn't have been more helpful. He kept in touch and with a next day delivery, it arrived during the first minute of an hour winder given to be that morning.
