Was very helpful

Was very helpful. Had to wait a while for a courtesy vehicle and staff at iRG was very accommodating during the wait.

Pleasure to deal with

Pleasure to deal with. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff right from initial assessment to collection of vehicle. Repair was dealt with quickly and easily and I was kept informed of progress. Very pleased with the repair, wouldn’t know there had been any damage, and vehicle returned very clean and looking like new!

Highly recommend

Excellent company. They kept me updated when any progress was being made. The car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up also.

IRG Newport Leeway Ind Est.

IRG Newport were amazing from start to finish, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Really listened. Work amazing, support outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Awesome service

Awesome service, my car went to iRG Merthyr in a bit of a mess after an accident but just a few weeks later it was like new again, brilliant customer service from start to finish and when I picked the car up it had been cleaned inside and out which was a big bonus. Can’t thank you enough and would highly recommend.
